Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION ON YOUR PART

We realize that you may need to cancel a trip for a variety of reasons. Below is our cancelation policy:

• From signup to 91 days prior to first day of travel = Full Refund, minus a $150 administration fee and any non- refundable deposits to third party vendors on the Member’s behalf.
• 90 to 60 days prior to first day of travel = 50% Refund of Trip (See Other Options)
• Less than 60 days prior to first day of travel = No Refund (See Other Options)

Sold Out Trips

If a trip is sold out and there’s a waiting list and the room situation works (i.e., female replaces a female, reasonable age difference, etc.) we will fill your spot. 321adventures reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or disapprove replacements and refunds may be partial or full depending on third-party suppliers. Any refunds are minus a $150 administration fee and any non-refundable deposits to third-party vendors on the Member’s behalf.

Find A Replacement

If you find someone to take your spot and the room situation works (female replaces a female (shared room), reasonable age difference, another couple, etc.) we will fill your spot. 321adventures reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or disapprove replacements and refunds may be partial or full depending on third-party suppliers. Any refunds are minus a $150 administration fee and any non-refundable deposits to third party vendors on the Member’s behalf.

NOTES:

• Any non-refunded monies may not be applied to future trips.
• Refunds are only issued once third-party suppliers have disbursed funds back to 321adventures.
• Airlines impose their own refund and cancelation policies. 321adventures is not responsible for airfare refunds or credits of any kind in the event a trip is canceled for any reason.

TRIP CANCELLATIONS

In the event a trip cancels, due to low signups, supplier issues, etc. you will receive a full refund. Trips canceled due to Force Majeure are handled on a case-by-case basis at 321adventures and its third-party supplier’s discretion.

Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans.

Full terms and details of a travel insurance plan, including limitations and exclusions can be found in the travel insurance plan policy or description of coverage. After signing up for a trip, travel insurance information will be sent to you in the reservation confirmation email.
